Jeff Miller is the CEO of SynaptaCode with previous experience in program management, contracts, accounting and finance. Jeff’s background is in software development and he has a BS in Business from Texas A&M University.
David Miller became the President of SynaptaCode, after a 25 year career with Raytheon, where he held the position of Director, Supply Chain Management.
Chris Lozano is SynaptaCode's Chief Marketing Officer. Chris has a successful 10-year history in creating, communicating and delivering products to valued customers, clients and business partners globally.
Prior to joining SynaptaCode, TC was director of Technology and Development Programs for Long Wave Inc. He joined the company after a 20-year navy career as an Aerospace Engineering Duty Officer managing large software development programs. TC earned his MS in Systems Technology from the Naval Post Graduate School.
Mindy Hopgood, PHR, SHRM-CP, is the Director of Human Resources. She joined the SynaptaCode team in 2011 when her family was stationed at Tinker AFB. Mindy is a certified Human Resources Professional with over 15 years experience. She bring extensive knowledge in labor relations, prevailing wage laws and talent management.
Phil Miller is the Founder and Chairman of SynaptaCode. He has been recognized by the U.S. Small Business Administration as Oklahoma’s Small Business Person of the Year. Phil has sat on several local committees including the Bricktown Urban Design Committee and the Governor’s Business Roundtable for the State of Oklahoma. He is the former owner of the Oklahoma City Yard Dawgz of the Arena Football League. Phil is currently retired and chairs the SynaptaCode Board.
